The Evaluation Center was founded in 1965 by Daniel Stufflebeam at The Ohio State University. Dr. Stufflebeam moved the center to ������ֲ� in1973.

While recuperating from a serious injury in the late 1990s, Dr. Stufflebeam had the idea to create a “Wall of Honor” to recognize the people who made major contributions to the center over the years, including the founders, colleagues at The Ohio State University, and colleagues at WMU, spanning the years of 1965 to 1998.
