McLean’s commitment to best practices has allowed him to successfully navigate complex product manufacturing launches, develop global logistics programs, build government relationships, and lead planning for three of the world’s fastest growing industries—alternative transportation, electric vehicles and cannabis. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys being an active part of the supply chain community. In 2016, he studied for and passed his Certified Supply Chain Professional exam in under two months. Shortly after, he was invited to join and serve as vice president on the board of directors for APICS.

Throughout his career, McLean has maintained strong ties to WMU, often mentoring fellow Business Broncos.
